I cannot recommend Polaris Moving Company enough! Moving is usually incredibly stressful, but the crew made it look easy. They arrived right on time, wrapped all my fragile furniture with extreme care, and didn't leave a single scratch on the walls. They were professional, polite, and worked much faster than I expected. Huge thanks to the Polaris team for the incredible job! They worked so hard and were extremely efficient with time. Very good experience overall. We had a mix of heavy furniture and a lot of smaller boxes, the team handled everything without any issues and they didn't even rest for a minute. They wrapped the larger pieces properly and kept things organized while loading the truck fitting each space in the truck organized and secure so that nothing could fall or damage during the move.

What happens after you ask for a quote?

Get a price. Studios, 1-bedrooms and 2-bedrooms of average size can be booked online, with the hourly estimate on screen in minutes. Bigger homes get a written proposal from our team, usually within 30 minutes.
Pick your date. The proposal shows your rate, crew and truck, and $25 down holds the day; that $25 comes off your total.
On the day. Your crew lead brings the crew and the truck on time, and they pad and wrap the furniture before loading. The clock runs from the moment they reach your first address.
Settle up. Before you pay, the crew lead goes through your hours with you, counted in 15-minute steps once the 3-hour minimum is met. Paying by card costs the same as cash.
